Fate April Fool's Day Joke Becomes Idol Nero Figure

Aquamarine unveiled a Fate 1/7-scale "Idol Emperor/Nero" figure on Wednesday. The figure captures Nero in a different role as a top idol instead of a Saber-class Servant.
The idol version of Nero debuted in 2015 as part of Type-Moon's "TMitter 2015" April Fool's Day gag. She is the leading idol at the fictional Imperial Roma Productions talent agency. The idol Nero illustration released for the joke inspired the figure.
The figure is about 190 millimeters (about 7.5 inches) tall and costs 19,800 yen (about US$186). Good Smile Online Shop began accepting pre-orders on Wednesday, and the pre-order period will end on March 22. The figure is slated for release in September.
Want to see Nero in action as a Servant? A new video for Type-Moon's Fate/Extella Link PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita game began streaming earlier this month. The game will ship in Japan on June 7.
