DoCoMo, Kadokawa Sign Cell Phone Content Deal

On December 12 NTT Docomo will acquire a 3.78% stake in Kadokawa Holdings to provide entertainment content to DoCoMo subscribers. The deal is worth $34.5 million and will allow DoCoMo to take part in film production managed by Kadokawa. No further plans have been announced.
