Higurashi's Ryukishi07, Peach-Pit Create PSP Software

The Japanese game software maker Konami announced on Saturday that it is producing the Ōkamikakushi mystery adventure novel software for the Sony PSP console with creator and director Ryukishi07 (Higurashi: When They Cry, Umineko no Naku Koro ni) and the character designer duo Peach-Pit (Rozen Maiden, Shugo Chara!, DearS). The release date and price have yet to be determined. The official website gives the following teaser:
Is it a god (kami)? Or a wolf (ōkami)?
A secret law in the old part of town … brings together dread and mystery.
It is the summer of 1983. 10 stories, intertwined by the idle thoughts of people caught in repeating nightmares … what could possibly be the truth therein!?
