Sozo Pte. Ltd., the organizer of the Anime Festival Asia conventions, announced last Saturday that Anime Festival Asia Singapore will take place at the Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Singapore on November 27 to 29.
The currently announced musical guests include composer and musician Yuki Kajiura, Kamitsubaki Studio singers KAF and Isekaijoucho, and singer CHiCO (CHICO with Honeyworks), along with HoneyWorks Vocal All Stars.
Last year's Singapore convention took place in November 2025.
This year's AFA Thailand took place on May 30 and 31. AFA Indonesia took place on August 15 and 16.
The convention was planned to return to Hong Kong with a new event at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center on February 14 and 15, 2026, but Sozo postponed the convention with no new date announced.
Sozo organizes the Anime Festival Asia conventions, which take place annually in Singapore, and has also held events in Indonesia, Hong Kong, and Japan. It is one of the largest anime and Japanese pop-culture conventions outside Japan. 2024's Anime Festival Asia in Singapore drew 130,000 attendees. Aside from Anime Festival Asia and its attached I Love Anisong label, Sozo also owns JLive Asia, and organizes the Japan Music Festival brand, and also organizes concerts for individual Japanese acts. Kadokawa acquired Sozo in December 2025.
