Tales of Xillia, Legend of Heroes Game Promos Streamed

Namco Bandai Games began streaming a six-minute trailer for the upcoming role-playing game Tales of Xillia on its YouTube channel on Friday. The game will be released on the PlayStation 3 on September 8 in Japan.

Tales of Xillia will have a collaborative tie-in with the Star Driver Kagayaki no Takuto science-fiction anime. The videogame will offer costumes from the anime for the main characters to wear as paid downloadable content after the game is released.

The game will also have a costume tie-in for its female characters with the Idolm@ster 2 video game, which will also be made available as downloadable content.

Falcom began streaming the opening movie for the role-playing game The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki on its YouTube channel on Friday. The game will be released on Sony's PSP portable console on September 29 in Japan. The Legend of Heroes: Ao no Kiseki is a sequel to the The Legend of Heroes: Zero no Kiseki game for the PSP, which was released in September 2010.
