You Can Literally Dress Up This Life-Size My Dress-Up Darling Figure

Statue and figure maker Prime 1 Studio announced on October 23 that it will produce a life-size figure of the heroine Marin Kitagawa from the anime series My Dress-Up Darling. Prime 1 Studio proclaimed, “Only a Life-Size Figure can achieve this level of precision. Exquisite sculpting and paintwork, created for every My Dress-Up Darling fan to enjoy.” Pre-orders for the figure began on October 24.

Prime 1 Studio's website notes that the figure is 164 centimeters (about 5 feet, 5 inches) tall and features two swappable left arms, black and silver bracelets, a tailor-made replica of her school uniform (including shirt, necktie, and skirt), and a black swimsuit if you "remove the uniform." The swappable left arms allow the figure to pose with a open hand held out straight, or bent at the elbow with a peace sign. The website notes all current images of the figure are prototype samples and are subject to change.

The figure is priced at US$7,999 and set to ship between March and June 2027.
