Street Fighter II tv series on DVD

Manga will be releasing the first two volumes of the Street Fighter II TV series on DVD on February 27th. Given the 85 minute run time of both DVDs it seems that they won't the 6/7 episodes per disc (4 discs total) that the series was originally announced for.
