Paramount Looking to Sell DreamWorks Catalog

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Paramount, which recently purchased DreamWorks for $1.6 billion, is looking to sell the DreamWorks catalog of titles to private equity investors for between $850 million and $1 billion. Paramount would continue to manage the titles and earn revenue from this activity. Go Fish, a DreamWorks label, owns the North American rights for Innocence and Millennium Actress.
