Search of a Panty Thief's Home Yields Over 100 Pairs of Stolen Panties

A 54-year-old man in Togawaramachi, Minami Ward, Kumamoto was arrested last month on charges seemingly lifted out of an ecchi manga. The suspect, Hiroshi Sugihara, was originally arrested for pilfering 7 pairs of panties from various women who had left their dryers at the laundromat unattended. Not content to stop there, Sugihara sent photos of himself wearing the womens' underwear to their homes four days later.
A search of Sugihara's home turned up over 100 pairs of panties, which are assumed to have also been stolen from women.
