Model Ayami Nakajō Dresses as Dr. Slump's Arale in Skirt Commercial

Model and actress Ayami Nakajō (Fatal Frame live-action film) dressed as Arale from Akira Toriyama's Dr. Slump manga and anime for a recent skirt commercial. She's joined by television actress Yuki Uchida as Akane and Kengo Kōra (Miss Hokusai) as Pisuke. In the commercial, Arale transforms from her usual outfit into a GU Japan pleated skirt.
Comic Natalie is also streaming a video that goes behind the scenes and includes interviews with the commercial's main cast.
Japanese fashion label Galaxxxy collaborated with Dr. Slump last year.
