Hatsune Miku Holds Daily Concerts in Gundam Metaverse

Hatsune Miku's official blog reported on April 25 that the Vocaloid idol is performing daily concerts in the Gundam Metaverse app. The post notes the concerts are free of charge and run daily from April 23 to May 18 at 3:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. Japan Time (2:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. EDT). The set list includes “Tobe! Gundam” (the first Mobile Suit Gundam anime's opening theme song), “The Vampire”, “Senbonzakura”, “Flying in the Sky” (Mobile Fighter G Gundam), “The World Is Mine”, and “Just Communication” (Mobile Suit Gundam Wing). During the concerts, Hatsune Miku dons an outfit inspired by the Gundam Wing Zero EW mobile suit in celebration of Gundam Wing's 30th anniversary.

Hatsune Miku previously collaborated with the Gundam Metaverse in October 2024.

Bandai Namco Holdings announced the Gundam Metaverse Project in February 2022. Since its launch the app has seen three limited-time openings, with the last in late 2024. Gundam Metaverse reopened for the fourth time on April 20 and will run until May 19. The app showcases the life-sized Gundam statue featured at the Gundam Next Future Pavilion in Expo 2025. The Bandai Namco Entertainment YouTube channel released a promotional video for the Spring 2025 limited-time Gundam Metaverse opening on April 9.
