Pachinko game maker Sankyo will open a website for Fever Suzumiya Haruhi no Yūutsu (Fever The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya). The website currently requires a username and password to access it. "Fever" is a common term in pachinko game titles, due to a particular mode in many games.
The company previously made pachinko and pachi-slo (pachinko parlor slot machine) games based on Ranma ½, Sousei no Aquarion, Captain Herlock, Tiger Mask, The Super Dimension Fortress Macross, and the J-rock band X Japan.
