Astral Chain Switch Game's New Trailer Streamed

PlatinumGames develops title for August 30 release

Nintendo revealed a new trailer for PlatinumGames' Astral Chain game during the Nintendo Direct E3 presentation on Tuesday.

The game will launch for Nintendo Switch on August 30.

Nintendo describes the game: "As part of a police special forces unit in a multi-cultural futuristic city, players work together with a humanoid special weapon, Legion, in a synergetic action system of battle and exploration."

Masakazu Katsura (Zetman, Video Girl Ai, Wingman) is designing the game's characters. Takahisa Taura (NieR:Automata, Anarchy Reigns) is directing the game, and Hideki Kamiya (The Wonderful 101, Bayonetta) is supervising.
