posted on by Rafael Antonio Pineda
Cygames announced on Wednesday that it is preparing to reimburse the travel and lodging expenses of those who were planning to attend the now-canceled Uma Musume: Pretty Derby – 7th Event World Tour: The Stage concerts in Los Angeles.
Cygames will cover cancellation fees for travel and lodging reservations, as well as travel and lodging expenses "during the target period that meet the requirements for reimbursement" for those who have already traveled to Los Angeles.
Cygames will require details such as proof of payment and receipts from those seeking reimbursement, and will announce more details about the process at a later date.
The concerts were scheduled to take place at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles on Thursday and Friday, but Cygames canceled the concerts on Monday after being unable to obtain U.S. visas necessary for the performance to continue.
