SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary Anime Coming to Anime Expo 2024 Ahead of July Broadcast
San Diego, CA (June 8, 2024): TV Asahi, in collaboration with Anime Trending, is thrilled to announce the highly anticipated anime adaptation of SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary will be at Anime Expo 2024. Fans will have the unique opportunity to learn about the exciting new series from acclaimed author Honobu Yonezawa, known for the hit series Hyou-ka.
The panel “SHOSHIMIN: How to become Ordinary” ft. Anime Trending Industry Panel will be held on July 4, 2024 at 3:15 PM in Room 511ABC. TV Asahi producer Kazuki Endo will join the event from Japan to provide insights into the production. Attendees will also receive a special freebie item as a token of appreciation.
The anime series is scheduled to broadcast on Saturday, July 6 in Japan. The main key visual and newest PV trailer was recently released.
The Shōshimin Series, published under Tokyo Sogensha's Sougen Suiri Bunko label, had three main volumes released between 2004 to 2009. A short story compilation was released in 2020, and the latest volume, “The Special Bonbon Chocolate Case” was released this year in April.
