Anime Herald Explores New Frontiers with Official Print Magazine

The first issue of Anime Herald Magazine will launch in October 2025

PROVIDENCE, RI, MAY 19, 2025 — Anime Herald, a leading voice in the anime media landscape, announced that it will deliver its long-running online publication to new audiences with the launch of a print edition, titled Anime Herald Magazine. The first issue will be available in October 2025, with a suggested retail price of $17.95 USD.

The launch issue, which coincides with the organization's 15th anniversary, will be a celebration of the Anime Herald's history and a look to the future, with a collection of eight classic articles, plus nine all-new, print-exclusive pieces. For these new articles, we are honored to work with nearly a dozen storied veterans, who've had an indelible impact on the current anime media landscape:

The cover was designed by José Salot (Pepegraphix). Yatta-Tachi founder and Hand Design Co. cofounder Katy Castillo will design the layouts.
