CGI Harlock Film Comes to Netflix August 1

Advertised in MCM Manchester Comic-Con program.
The program guide for the MCM Manchester Comic-Con event, online here, includes an advertisement saying Space Pirate Captain Harlock - the 2013 CGI film version of the anime - will come to Netflix on August 1.
