Revue Starlight Stage Musical's 1st TV Ad Streamed

Bushiroad began streaming a commercial on Monday for Shōjo☆Kageki Revue Starlight The LIVE, the musical portion of it and Nelke Planning's Shōjo☆Kageki Revue Starlight project. The project also includes a television anime.
The "2.5 dimension musical and live concert" will star the same cast as the anime. The musical will have five performances between September 22-24 at the AiiA 2.5 Theater Tokyo. Tickets for the play went on sale on April 30, and are on sale until May 15. All tickets cost 7,000 yen (about US$62). The musical will have two parts. The first part will be the musical featuring the nine actresses from the anime in character, and the second part will be a live concert with audience participation.
Akiko Kodama (Fairy Tail, Live Spectacle Naruto stage plays) is directing the play, and Kaori Miura (Your Lie in April stage play) is writing the script.

The franchise centers on "Starlight" — the song and dance revue troupe loved throughout the world. Karen and Hikari make a promise with each other when they're young that one day they'll stand on that stage together. Time passes, and now the girls are 16 years old. Karen is very enthusiastic about the lessons she takes every day, holding her promise close to her heart. Hikari has transferred schools and is now away from Karen. But the cogs of fate turn, and the two are destined to meet again. The girls and other "Stage Girls" will compete in a mysterious audition process to gain acceptance into the revue.
