Angelique Game Franchise Gets 1st New Work in 17 Years

Koei Tecmo Games announced on Friday that it is developing a new entry in its Angelique love simulation game series. The game's setting will take place in a new "third universe." The game will also feature a new illustrator and a new cast.
The new game will release on Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch Lite in 2020. Koei Tecmo Games is also developing a version of the game in Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
Koei Tecmo Games will reveal more information in early 2020.
The game will be the first all-new game in the franchise in 17 years. The first Angelique game launched in 1994 as "the world's first love game for women." The franchise has also inspired a novel, several manga adaptations, drama CDs, as well as multiple video anime and television anime.
