MVM has posted cover images for its upcoming Steelbook editions of three classic TV anime series - the 1998 series Serial Experiments Lain, Satoshi Kon's 2004 series Paranoia Agent, and Manglobe's 2006 series Ergo Proxy. The release dates for these titles has not been confirmed as of writing.

MVM has previously described Serial Experiments Lain, pictured right:

"There is a world around us, a world of people, tactile sensation, and culture. There is also a wired world, inside the computer, of images, personalities, virtual experiences, and a culture all of its own. The day after a classmate commits suicide, Lain, a 13 year old girl, discovers how closely the two worlds are linked when she receives an e-mail from the dead girl: 'I still live here. I just abandoned my body.' Has the line between the real world and the wired world begun to blur?"

MVM has also described Paranoia Agent, pictured left:

"Explore a contagious madness in the first TV show directed by Satoshi Kon, the visionary director behind Perfect Blue, Millennium Actress and Tokyo Godfathers. Then darkness overcomes the heart and Lil' Slugger appears...After the first victim's story, the police felt the overly stressed woman was having a breakdown and lied to cover up for some crime. However, after the third and fourth attacks upon unrelated victims led to the same description of a young attacker with a golden baseball bat and in-line skates, the police had to wonder: is the Lil' Slugger real or a sinister phantom?"

Finally, MVM has described Ergo Proxy, pictured right:

"The domed city of Romd is an impenetrable would-be utopia where humans and robots coexist, and everything is under complete government control - or so it appears. While working on a mysterious murder case, Re-l Mayer, a female detective from the Civilian Intelligence Office, receives a foreboding message that something is going to "awaken." That night, she's attacked by a deformed super-being. What was this unidentified monster that attacked her, and who was the figure that came in between them? As Re-l attempts to unlock this spiraling mystery, a metaphysical battle cry leads her to the unknown outside world..."
