Animate Malaysia Pop-up Store to Reopen in October as Permanent Store

Animate announced on Friday that it is turning its pop-up store at the LaLaport BBCC mall in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia into a full permanent store that will reopen in October. The store will be located on level L2 of the mall.

The pop-up store launched in LaLaport BBCC in November 2024, and ended on May 31 earlier this year.

Animate has opened a number of pop-up stores in locations outside of Japan, as well as four permanent stores in China, three in Taiwan, two in Thailand, one in South Korea, and one in California, USA.
