tri-Ace's Resonance of Fate / End of Eternity Game Gets Enhanced Remaster for PS5, Steam Available Now

Game developer tri-Ace announced on Thursday that it has digitally released the Resonance of Fate / End of Eternity Enhanced Remastered game for PlayStation 5 and Steam. On Steam, those who already own Resonance of Fate / End of Eternity 4K/HD Edition can upgrade to the new enhanced remaster by purchasing it as DLC. New players will need to purchase both the base game and DLC.

tri-Ace describes the story:

In the distant future, humanity faces extinction on a devastated Earth. In an effort to restore the environment, people built a colossal machine called Basel and entrusted it with the cycle of life and death.

Zephyr, Vashyron, and Leanne make their living as mercenaries. As they take on new jobs, the three begin to unravel the mysteries of their world and confront their own destinies.

Gunfire echoes through a closed-off world. Fate itself trembles. With every bullet, the truth is laid bare...

The enhanced remaster includes enhanced graphics and a new 2x Game Speed feature where field exploration, battles, and events run at twice the normal speed.

The new version of the game features language support in: Japanese, English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Traditional/Simplified Chinese, and Korean.

The game's 4K/HD remastered version launched for PlayStation 4 and PC via Steam in October 2018.

Sega released the game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2010.
