Expelled From Paradise Earns Over 160 Million Yen

The Expelled from Paradise film earned more than 160 million yen (about US$1.3 million) at the box office in Japan as of Wednesday. The anime opened in 13 theaters in Japan on November 15.
The film ranked #9 for its opening weekend and earned 107,725,100 yen (about US$909,000) in 15 days. Aniplex of America screened the film in at least 15 theaters across the United States this month.
