NIS America, Inc. Brings The Village in the Shade and Disgaea Mayhem Demos to Japan Expo In Paris

Santa Ana, CA (June 25, 2026) - NIS America, Inc. will be sharing demos for The Village in the Shade and Disgaea Mayhem at Japan Expo in Paris, France from July 9 through July 12. This is the first time players will be able to demo the highly anticipated spooky farming sim, Village in the Shade, and play Disgaea Mayhem before it launches on July 23.

Play two upcoming NIS America titles at the NIS Booth, located at Hall 6, Allée C, C764. Players visiting the NIS booth will have a chance to receive a themed fan or exclusive shopping bag, available in limited quantities on a first-come, first-served basis.

Welcome to Kagatsu, a Japanese mountain village with plenty of secrets. In this brand-new, hand-painted farming sim, you'll plant crops, customize your homestead, and befriend a cast of intriguing characters.

Relax by the brook, watch the cherry blossoms with your neighbors, or take a stroll through town. With so many ways to relax, you're sure to feel right at home.

Just make sure to follow a few simple rules: don't talk to strangers, don't leave the village, and, whatever you do, don't go out at night.

Disgaea Mayhem - Coming to Nintendo Switch 2, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 5, and PC

The princess needs her flan in this brand-new take on the venerated Disgaea franchise. Take direct control of the action as N.A., a mercenary with a discerning sweet tooth, as you mow down monsters in the name of money.

Equip seven different weapons to play in seven different ways! Whether you want to use the tried-and-true sword or the ranged bow, you can always switch your weapon to switch up the way you play!

The more things Magichange, the more they stay the same. Grind levels, improve your equipment, and pass new bills at the Dark Chocolate Assembly to make the numbers go up until you're dealing millions of damage with every hit! You can even recruit classic demons like the Prinny to bring along with you!
