Kento Nakajima's New Song 'Onigoto' Out Now; 'Onigoto' Music Video Dropped on Same Day (Opening Theme for Anime 'The Elusive Samurai Season 2')
Kento Nakajima, also known as “kenty” has a new song out and this time the opening theme song to anime “The Elusive Samurai Season 2” which starts on the same day, July 17 globally.
Kento took part in writing the lyrics for "ONIGOTO", inspired by the protagonist Tokiyuki, who fights relentlessly to defy whatever fate awaits him and shape his own future, the lyrics capture his unwavering determination. Blending a sleek, sophisticated pop sound with a sense of speed and brilliance that reflects the era, the track showcases Kento's signature charisma, elegance, and strength.
The music video centers on the theme of "oni gokko" (Japanese tag), which also serves as the song's motif. Set in a bygone era, Kento portrays a young lord enjoying a game of tag with a group of children—until the story takes an unexpected turn.

Kento Nakajima—affectionately known as "kenty"—has established himself as a versatile artist, excelling as both an idol and an actor since embarking on his solo career. Following projects including GEMN, his unit with Tatsuya Kitani, and HITOGOTO, the theme song project for a drama in which he starred, he made his long-awaited solo debut with his first album, “N /bias,” on December 25, 2024.
