LOS ANGELES, CA / NEW YORK, NY — October 28, 2026 — Abrams ComicArts and Neon Ichiban announced today that Abrams' acclaimed library of graphic novels and upcoming releases will be available on Neon Ichiban, the digital platform that enables fans to discover, buy, read and collect digital comics, graphic novels and manga.

The partnership brings Abrams ComicArts' celebrated catalog, including X-Men: Elsewhen by John Byrne, Marvel Dimensions by Alex Ross, Come Again by Nate Powell, The Dissidents by Derf Backderf, Billy Bat by Naoki Urasawa and Takashi Nagasaki, The Undertaker series by Xavier Dorison, the upcoming Dune Messiah and more, to a global digital audience in one seamless platform.

“A reader might come to Neon Ichiban for John Byrne's X-Men and discover Derf Backderf, Nate Powell, or a manga series from Kana,” said Joseph Montagne, VP and Publisher of Abrams ComicArts. “We want to encourage that curiosity. Bringing our backlist and new releases to the platform gives readers more ways to follow the artists they love and try books they might otherwise have missed.”

Comixology veterans David Steinberger and Chip Mosher co-founded Neon Ichiban in 2025 as the definitive digital destination for fans, creators and publishers. Neon Ichiban serves readers and collectors alike with same-day-as-print comics, manga, collections, and graphic novels, including always-available standard editions alongside limited-edition variants and sketch covers. Fans enjoy seamless digital control, choosing to read online or offline.

“For more than 15 years, Abrams ComicArts has published graphic novels that show just how far this medium can go,” said David Steinberger, CEO & Co-Founder of Neon Ichiban. “Now readers everywhere can discover their acclaimed books in digital form, right alongside the comics and manga they love.”

“Abrams ComicArts champions creators who push the form forward, from acclaimed literary adaptations to bold original graphic novels,” said Chip Mosher, CCO & Co-Founder of Neon Ichiban. “We're thrilled to give their authors, artists and cartoonists a home where fans can read, collect and connect with their work.”

Abrams ComicArts joins publishers Dark Horse, DC, DSTLRY, Dynamite, Kodansha, Mad Cave Studios, Marvel, Oni Press, Titan, Vault Comics and more, further cementing Neon Ichiban as the one-stop shop for comics and manga in digital form.
