Released alongside today's official launch, the launch trailer showcases classic weapon types from the series, original Adventurers, and hunts against Radiant Monsters with their distinctive ecosystem. It also offers the first look at the Charge Blade, which is now available with the official launch. A new hunting and exploration adventure begins on mobile today. Adventurers can use a range of weapon types and skills, along with crafting—a distinctive feature of the game—to unravel the mysteries of an island with its own unique ecosystem.
The new Radiant Species—monsters transformed by environmental influences—bring new adventures and challenges. At launch, players will encounter the original Elder Dragon Ruger Aidal, shining like a blazing sun, and the newly added Charge Blade weapon type. Controls optimized for mobile deliver a smoother, more freeform hunting experience. Three Buddies, each with their own unique personality, also join Adventurers on the hunt, adding color to the adventure through a wealth of activities and events.

The series' classic weapons and hunting gameplay are faithfully recreated on smartphones, with controls deeply optimized for mobile devices to deliver a smoother, more freeform hunting experience. From time of launch, controllers support the major actions used during hunts, allowing Adventurers to enjoy hunting with a familiar control style. At launch, controller support covers hunts, the quest system and world exploration. The team is continuing to extend support across further areas of the game and will refine the overall controller experience in future updates. For Season 0, we've implemented initial controller support.
Given the limited development time, we've started by adapting controls for hunts, the quest system, and world exploration. We're still working to expand support to more parts of the game and improve the overall controller experience.
■ First-Month Event Calendar Revealed; Special Recruitment Now Underway!
The official Monster Hunter Outlanders website has published a calendar of currently scheduled events. Starting today are “Flowing Maple Melody,” a hunting challenge event featuring the Long Sword Adventurer Midori, and “A Melody Echoing Through the Maples,” where players can try out Midori. Players can earn enough recruitment items to make more than 400 recruitment attempts in total. Stay tuned for 400+ draws! More events featuring Adventurers and monsters are planned, offering a variety of hunting challenges and bonuses. Check the calendar so you do not miss any of these opportunities!

Running from October 29 to November 30, the Adventurer's Guild Campaign invites players to team up with friends and level up their guilds! Once the combined levels of all guilds across all servers reach the designated milestone, all players will unlock the special “Let's Set Off” in-game sticker and honorary title. Additional official community events are also around the corner, offering even more opportunities to earn exciting rewards.
