Space Orc is written with a very specific audience in mind. That audience is a “nice guy” who doesn't mind the idea of pillaging and raping, but at heart, he's a romantic and just wants to settle down with a nice girl, who happens to be the very fertile Queen of the orcs. That nice guy's avatar, Kartz the Orc Warrior, is valiant and smart, unlike other orcs, gracious in victory, because, unlike the other orcs, he has been “implanted” with the values of a 21st-century man.

The intended audience is happy to have extremely detailed descriptions of the ships and space fights that somehow fail to really describe much, because in the end, we are told orcs are just meatheads. The intended audience appreciates that the Queen is gravid, has enormous breasts, and is also smart and a good leader. That audience also wants specific details about the Princesses' nubile, but also cute and childish body that they would never, ever do anything to, but like to look at. And that audience is very fascinated with the repeated, in-depth discussion of orc reproduction, who gets to bonk the Queen, and why.
