Nexon to Exhibit Mabinogi Mobile and Project RX at Tokyo Game Show 2026
Teaser Site Featuring Exhibition Details Now Live
TOKYO – July 8, 2026 – NEXON Co., Ltd. (Nexon) (3659.TO), a global leader in online games, today announced that it will host an exhibit booth at Tokyo Game Show 2026 (TGS 2026), at Makuhari Messe, September 17 to 21. Along with the announcement, Nexon today launched a teaser site providing information about the company's TGS plans.
Nexon's TGS 2026 showcase will include MABINOGI MOBILE, a highly anticipated online RPG scheduled for release in Japan this year, and a new subculture game Project RX.
Further details on the exhibited titles and the experiences available at the booth will be announced on Nexon's teaser site in the coming weeks.
Exhibition Titles:
MABINOGI MOBILE — Developed by devCAT, an online RPG that inherits and reimagines the world of Mabinogi, Nexon's beloved flagship IP with over 20 years history. In addition to a new storyline, the game features an interface and controls optimized for mobile play, along with enhanced community features. The game also supports cross-play across mobile and PC platforms. Set against the warm, distinctive art style unique to MABINOGI MOBILE, the game lets players easily enjoy character customization, combat, and a wide range of content such as cooking and housing. First released in Korea in 2025, MABINOGI MOBILE was enthusiastically embraced by players, with roughly four million downloads, reaching #1 on both Google and Apple App Store, and was honored Game of the Year at the 2025 Korea Game Awards. The title is scheduled for release in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Macau in July, and in Japan later this year.
Project RX — A new subculture game in development by IO division, the team behind Blue Archive, built around an immersive story, interactions with a richly distinctive cast of characters, and a variety of lifestyle content. Powered by Unreal Engine 5, the game delivers high-quality 3D graphics that bring its lively characters, everyday atmosphere, and dynamic battles to life. The release timing will be announced at a later date.
