BookWalker Expands Catalog with Crossed Hearts Titles

Kadokawa's BookWalker Global store announced on Wednesday that it is partnering with Crossed Hearts to expand its catalog with the publisher's titles.
Chapters for the following titles are available for purchase at launch:
- Mai Ando's You're Way Too Cheeky, Chigaya-kun!
- Mitomo Sasako's OctoPiece
- Dodo's The Abandoned Villainess Became a Zombie
- Mei Fujimatsu and Satsuki Haru's Afternoon Tea for Two
- Mei Fujimatsu's Time is a Closet
- TaaRO's Borrowing your Textbook
The retailer will add the following titles through late 2026 to early 2027:
- Akisuke's The Executioner of Grenimal
- Amamiya Satsuki and Nishine Hanami's The Matchmaker's Fiancée: My Fiancé Won't Leave Me Alone While I'm Finding Him the Ideal Bride
- Komari Kuro's All-Rounder Maid Connie Wille
- Yuhi Shinome's A Gaze Like Lightning
- Yakei Hiragai's The Bird in the Cage Dreams
- Chikuwabu Tanno 's The King of Owls and His Troubled Attendant
- An Chanoki's Until We Fall in Love
- Milcha's Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion novels
BookWalker launched a new rebuilt website, apps, and reader in March, which includes the previously announced new Lightweight Content Protection (LCP) DRM system, which allows users to access purchases through LCP-compatible reading apps outside of BookWalker.
All English-language manga and light novels moved to the new BookWalker website and app, while Japanese content will remain on the existing website and app.
BookWalker Global changed in ownership from BookWalker Co., Ltd. to M12 Media LLC (formerly J-Novel Club LLC) in March 2025. BookWalker Co., Ltd. and J-Novel Club/M12 Media LLC are both Kadokawa Group companies.
