With the addition of Mountain Day as a national holiday in 2016, the Japanese people have almost achieved the trifecta of land-, sea-, and sky-based holidays. However, for now, Japanese people will have to make do with Marine and Mountain Day holidays on July 20 and August 11 respectively. This Mountain Day, the anime and manga worlds have climbed the peaks and sent out its holiday greetings:
