Go Forward (Massugu ni Ikou) to Stream on SkySetTV August 18
DENTON, TX - August 14, 2026 - SkySet Entertainment has announced that its release of Go Forward. (Massugu ni Ikō) and its second season will begin streaming on SkySetTV on August 18, 2026.
The release date carries special significance for the series. August 18, 2026, marks exactly 23 years since Go Forward. first premiered in Japan on August 18, 2003.
The series will be available in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Australia.
Adapted from the manga originally released by Kira in 1991, Go Forward. centers around Mametaro, an adventurous mixed-breed dog. He loves his owner, Ikuko, and his girlfriend, Hanako, more than anything! However, he just can't bring himself to like Ikuko's boyfriend, Akiyoshi, and often feels the need to protect her from him. Go Forward. is a spirited look at the everyday adventures of an ordinary dog, one you might find anywhere.
The two seasons will be available to stream beginning August 18, 2026, on SkySetTV, with both the English dub and original Japanese audio with English subtitles. Cast Interviews and commentary will be released in early September.
