Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Café Opens in Chicago

The Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba franchise opened its latest café in the heart of Chicago on August 8. The new cafe will let fans “step into the world” of the anime series and enjoy exclusive menu items along with merchandise.

The menu features four appetizers, five entrees, four original drinks, and two desserts. A handful of the items are based on the Entertainment District Arc, such as the Entertainment Distric Night Market Gyoza, Daki's Silk Veil Elizir, and Giyu's Calm Current Tea. Prices range between US$1.99 and US$22.99.

Merchandise items include shirts, hats, pins, and cups. Prices range between US$12.99 and US$64.99.

The Demon Slayer Café US is located at 1422 N Milwaukee Ave in Chicago. The café is open from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Mondays through Thursdays and from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Fridays through Saturdays. As of press time, the Demon Slayer Café US has not announced an end date or if more locations will open in the United States.
The Demon Slayer Café US is the latest restaurant based on the massively popular anime series. The studio ufotable, the producers of the Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba anime, opened a Demon Slayer mocktail bar in Ginza, Tokyo in April 2025. The company currently operates ufotable cafes and Machi Asobi cafes in Tokyo, Nagoya, Osaka, Tokushima, and Fukuoka, and the restaurant ufotable Dinning in Tokyo. The ufotable cafes and restaurants feature menu items based on Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba.
