Com2uS Pushes Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint Game to 2028
posted on by Wonhee Cho

Com2uS, a Korean gaming company, has delayed its Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint game to 2028, a year later than the 2027 window the company had previously pointed to in May, according to its second-quarter 2026 earnings presentation released on August 12.
The updated materials list the title — developed by Offbeat for PC and console, with a global release excluding China — now slated for 2028.
The delay follows Com2uS' original announcement of the game in March 2025, when the company secured publishing rights to the franchise. Com2uS has not stated a reason for the shift.
While the presentation from Com2uS stated the anime adaptation of Omniscient Reader’s Viewpoint was also slated for 2028, this has not been officially confirmed by major distributors or production partners, leaving its status uncertain for now.
