Funimation Offering Anime on Xbox Live Marketplace

Funimation public relations head Jeff Dronen reports that the anime distributor will be offering titles on Microsoft's Xbox Live Marketplace on June 12. The initial offering on the virtual market will include Samurai 7, Trinity Blood, Gunslinger Girl, and Basilisk. The Marketplace requires the Xbox 360 game console and an Xbox Live account in the United States. Funimation was the first major anime distributor on Apple's iTunes Store in February.
