Dan Da Dan Season 2 Standard and Collector's Blu-rays Released on Monday

Collector's Editions of the title are also available from Anime Limited's website (alltheanime.com) - an "Aliens Edition," which will be exclusive to the site, and a "Yokai Edition." Anime Limited informed ANN that the official release date at other retail sites for the "Yokai Edition" is now August 10, to allow retailers to receive their stock, but that this does not affect Anime Limited's site.

Both of the Collector's editions will contain a sticker sheet, a 'glow in the dark' key visual art card, and a 56-page booklet containing character artwork, staff and cast interviews, and production art including story boards, key animation and colour scripts.

The title is described as follows:

"While the mission to exorcise Jin 'Jiji' Enjouji's family home is underway, things are not going as expected. Momo Ayase narrowly evades an attempted abduction while Ken 'Okarun' Takakura and Jiji are ambushed by the Kitou family—the unsettling landlords of the cursed estate. The trio's efforts threaten the foundation of this enigmatic town shrouded in legends and mysteries. As Momo, Okarun, and Jiji are drawn deeper into the maze of folklore and supernatural entities, they must each utilize their unique powers if they want to survive and unravel the secrets of the uncanny town."

"When Tokiwa is invited to a college mixer, he and his friends are expecting to meet some pretty college girls. Which is why he, Hagi, and Asagi are understandably surprised to meet three attractive young men instead! But wait… it turns out that they're girls after all, it's just that Sou, Kohaku, and Fuji work at a club where they host cross-dressed as men! With that drag on the introductions out of the way, the two groups soon find that they have more in common than sometimes wearing the same clothes, and three occasionally rather awkward friendships begin!"

Kazuomi Koga (The Banished Former Hero Lives as He Pleases, Mahjong Soul Kan!!, Pokémon XY) directed the show. Deko Akao (Komi Can't Communicate, Arakawa Under the Bridge, The Case Study of Vanitas) was in charge of the series scripts. TECHNOBOYS PULCRAFT GREEN-FUND composed the series' music. Ashi Productions (The tale of outcasts) animated the series.

Nasuo☆ will perform the opening theme song "Merry Go Round Time."

Aokawa debuted the manga on pixiv in March 2020 and on Square Enix's manga website Gangan Online in February 2021.
